What is the Set-up process?
Our 4 step process is simple to follow.
- We ask you to fill out the basic sign up form that ask for your dealership name, number, address, phone number, dealer contact and email. Select the number of franchise under one roof for your dealership. Next we ask you to answer six key questions that will build your AWS Internet Service Menus, they are:
•Your desired effective labor rate.
•Your desired parts gross profit percentage.
•Your tax rate on parts.
•Your tax rate on labor.
•Your shop supply rate on labor.
•Your shop supply cap. (If any)
Type in your name at the bottom of the form and click Submit Order.
(This process takes you about 10 min)
- Once we receive your information we will create your dealer account and generate an invoice for the nominal setup fee and first monthly fee.
(This process takes us about 30 min)
- Upon receipt of your check, we begin the setup process and your contact person will receive notification from your assigned account representative that your individually tailored Service Menu's are being setup from the information you provided in step one. You will be asked to provide either a photo of your dealership or company logo for your menu pages.
(This process takes us between 2 - 10 days depending on back log)
- At completion of your Internet Service Menu setup, your assigned AWS representative will contact you to schedule a convenient training time for you and your staff. We realize how difficult it can be to get everyone together at one time, so we have made it easy to train existing and new hires using our remote WebEx training. Training takes about 20 minutes of your time to become proficient in our program and since our Service Menu solution is Web Based, there isn't any program installation or monthly updates required. You will also receive a set of pricing guide sheets that have all of your menu prices, parts, labor and total job prices broken down for easy r/o close out and billing.
If you want, we will also provide you with a list of technician times that are industry standard that include the additional "here's what we do" and Out the Door pricing for your review. If you wish to modify these times, simply state the desired times and email them back.
(This complete process is based on your schedule; we are here to serve you)
